Can a human character become a magical girl if we fill out a new template?

um... I filled out the template, but I can't create a new topic. A little help, please?

With this skin, it's just the "new topic" button being a little hard to see. (White letters, it can easily hide in the lighter areas of the background picture of Ultimate Madoka.)

Costume: White short skirt, silver bulky tank top with black cords on both sides, silver velvet long gloves, silver high boots, rainbow stockings.

Soul gem: silver, shaped like star, placed in middle of chest where black cords meet.


Physical Appearance: kind of tall, skinny.


Hair color/ style: wavy silver hair down to her waist.

Eye color: white as cream.

Appearance: sunset orange hoodie, short jean shorts, white sneakers/boots with black laces and pink toe.

Personal Info: her best friend, Nakamura, died unexpectantly when she was around 14, then Keybe could tell she was sad and knew she could manipulate her. when he showed up she immediately wished to know things coming, so no one else would share the same fate as Nakamura. afterwards she fought witches day and night, after a year or so her parents saw her transforming into her magical girl costume, heading into the labrynth, and popping out with a grief seed. when they discovered her secret, they went insane and committed suicide. desperate for money, she started to go on witch hunts with other magical girls for money.
