I know the answer to that one! :D Sakura was close, but she broke up with him because he didn't like the way she liked to make eggs! She made them sunny side up and he wanted them over easy XD really bad reason to want to break up with someone, but meh it's the teachers idea XD

Of course, there's Madoka. Mami's seem to have died in that accident, Kyouko's are dead as well, and Homura isn't included... As for Sayaka, I personally don't know.
