Costume:(Describe what it looks like and what color) Aki's Magical Girl outfit is a black dress with puffed-up shoulders, and long-sleeved. It has a corset, which has 3 vertical, silver stripes all around it, and is buttoned down. It comes with white, flat shoes and a white robe with a hood, which goes down to the back of her knees. Aki also wears silver, laced leggings and silver gloves.
Soul gem:(Where it is placed and the shape it is in) Placed as a buckle for her robe (On the front of the robe), in the shape of a crescent moon. It is a bright white, which she finds blinding to look straight at.
Physical Appearance: Aki has very pale skin and is fairly tall for her age, and has been told so many times. She has bags under her eyes and chipped nails. She also has long legs and poor posture.
Hair color/ style: Short, Curly, Blonde hair, about shoulder length, styled in a Bob cut
Eye color: Light Blue with Yellow accents close to the pupil

Personality: Because of Aki's mental disorders in the past, she is still seen as a shy, lonely person. Aki is actually caring and brave, but is just anxious around others and hates attention. Aki suffered from insanely severe depression and anxiety before she made her wish as a Magical Girl. She is sweet to her friends, but has mental urges to go completely insane.
Likes: Food, Video Games, Sleep (But never gets enough), Animals, and Drawing/Writing.
Dislikes: Being unable to help her friends because of her disorders, but not being able to do anything about it.
Talent(s):(keep it to one or two please) Skilled in drawing. Is also very agile and stealthy, but is just too lazy and tired to stay focused.
Habit(s):(nervous tick, etc.) Whenever she is angry about something she can't do anything about, her eye usually twitches, and if she is having a mental attack/mental urge, she has a tendency to put her hands over her ears.
Fear(s): Gore, Going insane.
Weapon:(only one, but can be multiplied several times) Aki uses a black and silver Halberd, Which she can extend and retract into larger and smaller versions.

History:(explain your past maybe how you came across Kyuubey) Aki was insanely shy and very anxious and nervous around other people. But when a girl in her school turns out to be a magical girl that has turned into a witch, the entire school gets sucked into the labyrinth it creates along with it. Kyuubey came along to Aki, offering a contract. After realizing that Aki could become accepted and happy around other people with the wish and save the school, she decides to use her wish for just that. After fixing the school and saving everyone, however, Kyuubey explains that the mortals couldn't see the witch, so they should all believe they had just dozed off during school. Aki realizes that she didn't want to be popular, but she wanted to save her only friend, Meiyo, who was one of the few casualties, causing her to dive right back into depression.
